A pair of law firms have renewed their leases at Court Plaza in Hackensack, according to property owner Alfred Sanzari Enterprises.
The law offices of criminal defense attorney Brian J. Neary renewed for 2,755 square feet at Court Plaza South, while the multiservice law office of Lawrence B. Diener renewed for 1,730 square feet at Court Plaza North, Sanzari said in a news release. Neary has been a tenant since 2013, while Diener has been a tenant since 2010.
The three-building Court Plaza complex totals 335,000 square feet.
The two transactions were negotiated in-house by Stephen C. Jennings, Hackensack-based Sanzari’s vice president of leasing and marketing.
“Located directly across from the Bergen County Courthouse, Court Plaza is the premier legal address in Bergen County,” Jennings said in a prepared statement. “Law firms of all sizes value the convenience that comes with conducting business in this quality office environment. Lease renewals signal a vote of confidence in Alfred Sanzari Enterprises and the quality of our real estate assets.”
