Tabula Rasa HealthCare Inc., a Moorestown-based health care technology company, announced it has launched CareVention HealthCare, a technology and consulting services division.
CareVention will aim to improve the integration of TRHC’s subsidiary brands and technology products.
“We see an opportunity to deliver a more robust portfolio of innovative technology solutions and consulting services to clients,” Calvin H. Knowlton, TRHC chairman and CEO, said. “CareVention HealthCare will allow our brands to work more efficiently, so we can focus on the business of helping healthcare organizations continue to have meaningful impacts on patients for all types of healthcare clients including the Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly.”
In TRHC’s CareVention brand are two units: Technology Solutions and Consulting Services. The technology unit includes software programming solutions and a program that identifies patients’ risk to multidrug interactions before they occur. The consulting unit offers services to financially at-risk health care organizations to support growth.
