Four new leases have been signed at an office center in Hackensack, Cushman & Wakefield announced Thursday.
William O’Keefe, Raymond Trevisan and Christian Politan of Cushman & Wakefield served as the exclusive leasing agents for the RiverView Office Center, a 225,000-square-foot, Class A complex.
“This is an ideal location for any office practicing law in the greater Hackensack area, northern N.J. and New York City,” O’Keefe said. “It’s a secure building that is approximately one mile from the courthouse and only minutes from the city’s downtown shopping, dining and entertainment district. The entire area is undergoing a renaissance leveraging its proximity to New York and rich history dating back to the 1600s and colonial times.”
The new tenants include the law firms of Cottrell Solensky P.A., Gallo Vitucci Klar LLP, Goldman Davis & Gutfleish and Plaza 207.
