Marlton-based Vantage Real Estate Services has leased space at a retail store in Mount Laurel, it announced recently.
The tenant, Cipriani Remodeling Solutions, will be located at 4201 Church Road in the Ellipse Shopping Center.
Ken Richardson, sales associate, and Emily Stein, director of health care services, negotiated the deal and secured the tenant.
Woodbury-based Cipriani is a design/build home remodeling company that specializes in designing and building kitchens, bathrooms, additions and whole home remodeling projects in South Jersey.
The new space will be used as a showroom for customers to access its design services.
“We had been searching for a new location for a satellite office for a couple of months before we gave Ken and Emily at Vantage RES a call” Bob Buchan, marketing director, Cirpiani Remodeling Solutions, said. “Once we engaged their services, we found them to be very professional and helpful in working with us to secure our current lease at the Ellipse Shopping Center in Mount Laurel.
