MTBC Inc., a provider of cloud health care IT solutions and services based in Somerset, announced Wednesday it has promoted Howard L. Clark Jr., current member of MTBC’s board of directors, to serve as vice chairman.
The company also appointed current President A. Hadi Chaudhry to serve as an additional member of the board.
Clark previously served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of American Express Co. He’s also been a member of MTBC’s board since October 2013 and is chairman of MTBC’s audit committee. He’s held other executive leadership roles, including vice chairman of Barclay’s Capital and chairman and CEO of Shearson Lehman Brothers Inc.
