Chopp names C&W leasing agent for boutique office in Morris Plains

Cushman & Wakefield has been named the exclusive leasing agent of a boutique office in Morris Plains, according to building owner Chopp Holdings.

The 89,000-square-foot boutique office building is located on 6.5 acres at 201 Littleton Road, boasting amenities including expansive balconies, floor-to-ceiling-glass, over-sized windows, restrooms with showers, parking, on-site property management, and more.

Brian Decillis and Kelsey Nakamura of Cushman & Wakefield’s Morristown office will head the assignment.

Chopp Holdings said it has started renovations on the property, including updating the lobby and common areas, a new vending area, a new signage program, landscaping, and updating the parking lot.

“This new ownership is so enthusiastic about taking on this distinctive boutique property,” Nakamura said. “With the planned capital infusion and aggressive pricing, 201 Littleton Road truly is positioned as one of the best-value office buildings in all of Morris County, catering to small and mid-size tenants.”

The building is within close access to interstates 80 and 287, routes 10 and 202, and the Morris Plains train station.

“201 Littleton is perfectly located, with immediate access to all the amenities on Route 10, which include Wegmans, Zinburger, Starbucks and a new Chick-fil-A. In addition, with the development of District 1515 (mixed use project) on the east bound side of Route 10 and the new Capital Grille and Seasons 52 on the west bound side of Route 10, 201 Littleton is in the heart of one of the most vibrant retail corridors in the county. Also, conveniently located between Signature Place apartments and Coventry Park townhomes, this is an ideal boutique office location for employees to live close to home,” Decillis said. “We’re delighted to be working on this assignment with Chopp Holdings, which is a high quality, hands-on landlord who is committed to re-investing in the building.”

Mark Chopp, owner and managing principal of Chopp Holdings, said his firm enjoyed the opportunity to reposition 201 Littleton as a multitenant building.

“This is a property that offers an image, location and a blend of local amenities perfectly suited to boutique tenants. We are excited about our plans for this property and our partnership with Cushman & Wakefield, which together promise to deliver strong results,” he said.
