Marlton-based Vantage RES announced Thursday it has signed two office leases at the Executive Campus at East Gate in Mount Laurel.
The leases, by Hatzel & Buehler Inc., a union commercial electrical contractor, and Ceteris Hold Co., totaled 17,600 square feet.
The property, located at 112 West Park, is within close access to the New Jersey Turnpike and Interstate 295.
Vantage was retained as the exclusive leasing broker for the property by its owner, Mount Laurel Holdings II LLC, a Veritas Real Estate subsidiary. Leor Hemo, founder and managing principal, and Aran Ploshansky, sales associate, represented the landlord in both deals.
