Alfred Sanzari Enterprises plans to bolster the amenities at its Glenpointe complex through a partnership with the Better Spaces tenant engagement service, it announced this week.
The service launched Monday at the 50-acre campus with more than 650,000 square feet of office space in Teaneck. The company will occupy 1,500 square feet of space in the facility in what Hackensack-based Sanzari called a first-of-its-kind in New Jersey “agile amenities platform,” featuring a community lounge, meeting spaces, a kitchenette and more.
“We consistently look for new ways to ensure that Glenpointe can continue to be one of New Jersey’s premier office destinations,” Ryan Sanzari, chief operating officer of Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, said in a prepared statement. “Our partnership with Better Spaces will not only continue to drive us toward that goal, but also give us the opportunity to learn and better respond to the needs of our tenants in real time. The actionable data Better Spaces’ platform provides will allow us to home in on tenant preferences and satisfaction to deliver a truly superior tenant experience.”
Better Spaces is a New York-based real estate tech company that was founded in 2017.
