Vantage RES represents Friedman in ‘critical relocation’ to Marlton

Friedman LLP, an accounting and advisory firm, has relocated to a new space in Marlton, Vantage Real Estate Services announced on Wednesday.

Vantage RES said it represented Friedman in a “critical relocation” to 20,985 square feet at Four Greentree Centre, a Class A office building located at 601 Route 73 North. The lease is for 12 years.

Leor Hemo, founder and managing principal at Vantage RES, along with Aran Ploshansky and Ken Richardson, advisers, represented Friedman in the deal. The team worked closely with Carl Bagell, managing partner for southern New Jersey at Friedman, and Harriet Greenberg, co-managing partner at Friedman, to secure the location.

“When faced with the significant task of relocating an entire office, the need for a reliable partner to guide you through this process becomes critical,” Greenberg said. “Finding the right location with the potential to transform from beams and floorboards to a vibrant and conveniently located office makes all the difference. Working with Leor and Vantage gave me the confidence I needed to navigate an oftentimes complicated experience.”

The property is within walking distance to various businesses, including restaurants, hotels, health clubs and shopping centers.

“As the managing partner of the South Jersey region, I have a very strong understanding of the culture in Marlton’s office,” Bagell said. “We needed a location that would allow our people to collaborate, grow and feel appreciated day in and day out. Leor and his team understood our mission and quickly helped us to zero in on the best place for our expanding firm.”

Financial terms were not disclosed.
