A pediatric dental practice has signed a lease in Glen Rock, according to real estate firm NAI James E. Hanson.
Glen Rock Pediatric Dentistry LLC signed for 2,300 square feet of office and retail space at 201 Rock Road, a property owned by 201 Glen Rock Road LLC. NAI Hanson’s Randy Horning and Darren Lizzack represented the landlord in the deal, while Masserano Real Estate and Consulting LLC’s Joe Lobardi and John Masserano represented the tenant.
“Over the past couple years, we’ve noticed an uptick in medical users seeking out retail locations to leverage their exposure as a tool to maintain and expand their practices,” Lizzack said in a prepared statement. “As we continue to see this strategic move by a number of independent practitioners across a range of specializations, we have noticed a recent increase in the number of dental offices pursuing these highly visible locations, as well.”
The property at 201 Rock Road is a 30,000-square-foot mixed-use building.
