iCIMS Inc., a talent acquisition solutions provider based in Holmdel, announced on Tuesday that Steve Lucas has been named CEO, effective March 2.
Lucas has extensive experience in enterprise software as well as a track record of driving growth, profitability and innovation. After 20 years in senior-level roles at organizations such as SAP, Salesforce.com and BusinessObjects, he was named the CEO at Marketo in 2016, tripling its value resulting the sale of Marketo to Adobe in 2018.
