CBRE announced on Monday it has promoted Donna Falzarano to first vice president.
Falzarano has been with CBRE Capital Markets since 1993 and focuses on commercial real estate finance. She has closed more than $7.5 billion on behalf of CBRE’s debt team and has represented high-profile clients including The Morris Companies, Russo Development, Hartz Mountain Industries, Murray Construction, and more.
“Donna is an invaluable member of the Capital Markets team in New Jersey,” Jeff Hipschman, senior managing director of CBRE’s New Jersey offices, said. “Her expertise in transaction marketing and structuring, process efficiency and strong relationships with numerous capital providers, make her a tremendous resource in providing outstanding outcomes for our clients.”
Falzarano will be located at the firm’s Saddle Brook office.
