Sheldon Gross Realty announced recently that Angel Medical Systems Inc., a health care equipment and supply company, has expanded its lease in Eatontown.
The lease, located at 40 Christopher Way, increased from 8,839 square feet to 21,320 square feet.
Sheldon Gross Realty’s Jonathan Glick, executive vice president; Glenn Jaffe, senior vice president; and Matthew Leonelli, sales represented; managed the deal.
The expansion was needed due to Angel’s recent development of the world first implantable cardiac monitor and patient alerting system for acute coronary syndromes.
“It’s rather unusual that a lease needs to be expanded related to a medical breakthrough — and it’s quite exciting, too,” Jaffe said. “Angel Medical Systems was under tight time constraints. So being able to remain in the same building — rather than seeking out and moving to an entirely new location — was extremely beneficial.”
The multistory property is located within close access to Route 35, Exit 105 of the Garden State Parkway and Route 18.
