Michael Arbus, Spin Cycle Laundry Services

Spin Cycle Laundry Services, a leading provider of multifamily-focused commercial laundry solutions and end-user lifestyle experiences, has named industry veteran Michael Arbus to the position of vice president of sales. In this role, the Bergen County resident will spearhead Spin Cycle’s expansion strategy within New Jersey and throughout the greater New York metro area.

Established in 1995 and headquartered in East Hanover, Spin Cycle is an innovative provider of next-generation laundry equipment and services specially designed to serve multifamily property owners and their tenants. Founded on the premise that laundry is not a chore but an experience, Spin Cycle continues to retain and build its diverse customer base of apartment-rental, co-op, condominium and townhome community property owners and managers by delivering a superior customer experience and increasing resident satisfaction.

Amanda Cook, Trinity Rehab

Stillwater resident Amanda Cook has been appointed director of physical therapy at Trinity Rehab’s Sparta location. Trinity Rehab is an all-inclusive PT and rehabilitation company.

With 10 years of experience in outpatient physical therapy, Cook’s focus is treating a variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions, including vestibular dysfunctions and concussion management, while utilizing a wide range of exercise techniques and manual therapies. Certified in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization through Hawkgrips and Exercise Expert for Aging Adult through the Academy of Geriatric Physical Therapy, Cook holds a bachelor’s degree in clinical health science and a doctorate in physical therapy from Ithaca College.

Justen Davis, Somos Inc.

Somos Inc., a leading registry management and data solutions company, announced the hiring of Justen Davis as its senior director, industry relations and public policy. Davis will be responsible for providing leadership, oversight, coordination and execution of industry research and activities. He will also ensure that industry activities are aligned with the mission and vision of Somos, and in compliance with regulatory oversight.

Davis has an impressive background in the telecommunications industry that includes more than 20 years of experience working with industry giants such as CenturyTel/CenturyLink and AT&T. In his most recent role as the senior director/principal architect – global network architecture/IP transformation at CenturyLink, Davis defined the strategic modernization blueprint for all technologies within the company.

Brandon Eldershaw, N.J. Caregiver Task Force

Brandon Eldershaw, healthy aging wellness coach at CentraState Healthcare System, has been appointed to the New Jersey Caregiver Task Force by Governor Phil Murphy.

The task force was established in 2018 to identify the characteristics of caregivers and caregiver support services offered in New Jersey while providing recommendations for growth and improvement in these services.

“We are so proud to have Brandon represent CentraState as a member of the New Jersey Caregiver Task Force,” said Kim Simers, assistant vice president of integrative health at CentraState. “Brandon will not only contribute vital education and knowledge, but he will bring a fresh perspective that is necessary to innovate.”

Ruotolo, Spewak & Co.

Ruotolo, Spewak & Co., a full-service firm providing tax, accounting and auditing services for individuals, businesses, nonprofit organizations and community associations, is proud to announce Joseph P. Greenfield and Dustin B. Ward have been named partners. Both have been a part of RSCO for more than 10 years and share in the firm’s commitment to client service.

In addition to maintaining their own client accounts, they each held managerial positions and have proved to be an integral part of the firm’s growth. Having started as interns at RSCO, Greenfield and Ward recognize the importance of mentorship and have helped many other young professionals as they grow within their own careers.

Josh Colter, Reliance Global Group

Reliance Global Group Inc. announced the appointment of Josh Colter as chief investment officer & head of U.S. real estate. Colter will be responsible for spearheading new acquisitions and dispositions, overseeing the underwriting process, developing capital partner relationships, and will manage the real estate portfolios that will be purchased by Reliance Global Group.

Colter brings over 15 years of domestic and international real estate, private equity and M&A advisory experience, including having closed more than $1.2 billion of multifamily acquisitions over the past five years. Most recently, Colter served as director of acquisitions & finance at Robbins Property Associates, a full-service owner-operator of multifamily properties.

Emily Cramer, Simplicity Group Holdings

Simplicity Group Holdings is pleased to announce that Emily Cramer has joined the group as vice president of business development. At Simplicity, Cramer will continue her most recent work, advising partner agencies on how to grow their business within the Simplicity framework. Cramer joins Simplicity with over 15 years combined experience in sales, marketing and recruiting.

Michelle N. Michael, Goldberg Segalla

Goldberg Segalla added associate Michelle N. Michael to the firm’s Employment and Labor and Management and Professional Liability groups in Princeton. Michael was previously with Marshall Dennehey Warner Coleman & Goggin P.C. in Roseland.

Michael focuses her practice on complex employment matters before state and federal courts throughout New Jersey. She handles a variety of professional liability, civil rights, directors and officers, and constitutional matters. Michael has served in a variety of internships and clerkships, including as a law clerk to the Hon. Richard J. Geiger in the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division, as an intern to the Hon. Peter G. Sheridan in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and as an intern in Rutgers Law School Civil Practice Clinic.

Dr. Ishu Rao, Impulse Dynamics

Impulse Dynamics, a company dedicated to improving the lives of people with heart failure and developer of the innovative CCM therapy delivered by the Optimizer Smart System, announced the appointment of Dr. Ishu Rao as medical director.

Rao is an accomplished, board-certified cardiac electrophysiologist who previously spent 17 years in clinical practice caring for heart failure patients, with a focus on interventional therapies. Rao received his cardiology training at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center in Torrance, California, and the Hospital of the Good Samaritan in Los Angeles after completing a residency at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. He earned his medical degree at Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, after completing an undergraduate degree at the University of Pennsylvania.

Windels Marx Lane & Mittendorf

Windels Marx Lane & Mittendorf announced the promotion of two lawyers to partner and three to special counsel.

John T. Conboy and David Mehl have been promoted to partner, both resident in the New York office, while Sandy L. Galcio Jr., Alan D. Lawn and Hua Howard Wang have been promoted to special counsel in the New Brunswick, New York and Madison offices. The promotions will increase the firm’s partner ranks to 68 among 148 lawyers firmwide.
