The Salt Suite, a growing salt therapy health care provider, announced on Wednesday it has retained CBRE as its exclusive leasing agent to help it establish nearly 1,000 new locations throughout the country.
Founded in 2010, The Salt Suite provides all-natural relief from asthma, allergies, eczema, psoriasis, sinusitis and other respiratory conditions and currently operates three locations in New Jersey:
- 320 Young Ave. in Moorestown;
- 910 Haddonfield-Berlin Road in Voorhees Township; and
- 1800 Highway 35 in Ocean (under construction).

CBRE’s Joe AmecAngelo, a retail specialist, will oversee the franchise expansion campaign, working closely with Salt Suite executives to pinpoint the right spots for new and existing stores, with an initial focus on the East Coast. Th team will target locations with 2,000 square feet that are adjacent to high-end fitness and health care retailers. Optimal suites include shopping malls and strip centers with high traffic and visibility.
