A dermatology practice has signed a lease in Parsippany for its fourth location, according to real estate firm Larken Associates.
North Jersey Dermatology Center has taken 1,343 square feet of medical office space at Parsippany Commons, 3219 Rt. 46 E., the firm said in a news release.
The site joins locations in Rockaway, Clifton and Newfoundland.
Branchburg-based Larken said its in-house design and construction team, Core Enterprises, worked with the center and Hillsborough-based Cerminara Architects to design and execute the office buildout.
“Although no part of the commercial real estate industry has been left untouched by the COVID-19 pandemic, one of the most challenging aspects has been closing deals in such an uncertain environment,” Victor Kelly, executive vice president of Raider Realty, Larken’s in-house brokerage division, said in a prepared statement. “Through proactive, two-way communications with the tenant and by leveraging our full suite of in-house services on their behalf, we were able to bring this deal to completion during a challenging time.”
Stephen C. Graziano of Colliers International represented Larken in the deal.
The property is a three-story medical and professional office building totaling more than 54,000 square feet of space, with units starting at 1,212 square feet, Larken said.
Larken completed a full exterior and interior renovation project at the property in 2019.
