Utz Quality Foods, a maker of potato chips and other snacks, has renewed a lease in Freehold, according to real estate firm Sheldon Gross Realty.
Utz re-signed for 10,769 square feet in the Fairfield Corporate Park, 922 Route 33, where it has had a location since 2003.
Sheldon Gross Realty’s Glenn Jaffe, senior vice president; Jonathan Glick, executive vice president; and Matthew Leonelli, sales representative, handled the transaction.
“Fairfield Corporate Park merges an ideal layout and a prime location,” Jaffe said in a prepared statement. “It’s an exceptional place for conducting business, which is why Utz Quality Foods has been here for such a long while.”
West Orange-based Sheldon Gross Realty serves as the exclusive marketing agent for the corporate park.
