A salon space in Westville has officially been leased, according to Vantage Real Estate Services.
The Cherry Hill-based commercial real estate firm said it represented the landlord, Westville Broadway Properties LLC, in the lease at 154 Broadway, located within close access to routes 295 and 130.
“Mike and the Vantage team were able to quickly identify a fantastic commercial tenant for us. One that would not only benefit us as the owner but attract a good crowd for the building and help serve the needs of the community,” the owner said.
Vantage’s Mike Gries, sales associate, worked with the landlord and Stephanie Eller, co-owner of Fade, to secure the lease.
“After a significant period of dormancy, people are now looking to prudently regain the services they miss. Speaking personally, I know I plan on being one of Fade’s first clients in their new home,” Gries said.
