CBRE announced on Thursday it has arranged three new leases at two office properties in Livingston, both owned by Eastman Companies.
The law practice of Antonelli Kantor will lease 5,200-square-feet at 354 Eisnehower Parkway and Bennett, Bricklin & Saltzburg and the Law Office of Robert J. Machi took over 4,600 square feet and 1,200 square feet, respectively, at 651 Mount Pleasant Ave.
Eastman’s Eric Maurer, director of leasing, along with CBRE’s Jonathan Meisel, Dan Casey and Erin Wenzler, represented Eastman in the deal.
“The completion of three new lease transactions during the COVID-19 shutdown speaks to the responsiveness and quality product that Eastman Companies provides to tenants,” Casey said.
354 Eisenhower is a Class A, 160,000-square-foot property and offers an on-site cafeteria, fitness center and conference center. It is near Route 10 and Interstate 280. 651 Old Mount is a 50,000-square-foot, Class A office property located right off Route 10. There are spaces still available to lease at both properties.
