New Brunswick Development Corp. President Chris Paladino will be named to the board of directors of South Jersey Industries on Wednesday.
Paladino is also one of the leaders of Atlantic City Development Corp., which completed the property that houses SJI’s headquarters in Atlantic City. He will serve on the Audit Committee as well as the Environmental, Social and Governance Committee.
Paladino is well-known and highly regarded throughout the state for his extensive work in New Brunswick, Atlantic City and elsewhere. He has extensive experience in all aspects of development and is considered the go-to expert in all matters of public-private partnerships.
SJI, led by CEO Mike Renna, is an energy services holding company based in Folsom, delivering natural gas service to nearly 700,000 customers in New Jersey and Maryland through its three natural gas utilities: South Jersey Gas, Elizabethtown Gas and Elkton Gas.
