An office suite located in Collingswood has been sold, according to real estate firm WCRE.
The Marlton-based firm said in a news release that the 2,885-square-foot suite is located in the Station Office Building, 900 Haddon Ave. WCRE exclusively represented the landlord, 900 Haddon LLC, an affiliate of PCF Management, in the marketing and leasing to Lighthouse Planning Consultants, it said.
The multitenant, midrise office building has suites for professional and medical office uses ranging from 500 to 16,758 square feet, WCRE said.
Ryan Barikian, vice president, handled the assignment. Financial terms were not disclosed.
