A water ice and ice cream parlor has leased a new location in Cherry Hill, according to real estate firm Vantage Commercial.
Primo Water Ice will occupy space at Towne Center at Short Hills, 484 Evesham Road.
Emily Stein, director of health care services, worked with the landlords, Harry Rosenblum and Jay Wegweiser, to negotiate and secure the space for the tenants, Adriana Adams and Victoria Adams.
“During the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, it is even more critical to have a strong understanding of the market,” Stein said in a prepared statement. “Our relationships with landlords, including Rosenblum and Wegweiser, become even more important as we all need to be able to service clients during challenging times.”
