JLL’s New Jersey team has added a pair of former Transwestern executives to its lineup, it announced this week.
The real estate services firm said in a news release that Matt McDonough and Daniel Ligorner have joined the staff based in Parsippany. Both men have more than 30 years of experience in the industry, JLL noted, and will work with the northern New Jersey office team led by Tim Greiner.
“We are pleased to welcome these industry leaders to the New Jersey office as we continue to expand our team of leading professionals that fit within our collaborative culture,” Greiner said in a prepared statement. “Matt and Dan’s expertise and experience provide a powerful asset to our clients and to the rest of our team.”
Both men had been managing directors with Transwestern.
JLL has five offices in New Jersey, including Parsippany, Iselin, Princeton, Morristown and East Rutherford.
