Three new tenants have signed leases for office space at a West Deptford property, according to real estate firm Vantage Commercial.
The three — LJ Blush, an esthetician’s office; Berton Construction Inc.; and a group therapy practice — signed for space at the 13,025-square-foot, two-building property at 901 Mantua Pike.
Aran Ploshansky, director of operations, and Peter Abdallah, director of client services, worked closely with all parties on the transactions. The firm’s Mike Gries represented LJ Blush’s Leslie Joyner in that lease.
