An infusion therapy clinic has signed a lease for medical office space in Paramus, according to real estate firm NAI James E. Hanson.
Specialty Infusion Leasing LLC signed for 1,433 square feet of space at 120 Route 17 N., according to the firm. Darren Lizzack, Randy Horning and David Ukleja represented the tenant in the transaction with the landlord, MRH Real Estate Services Inc.
The office represents Specialty Infusion’s first New Jersey facility, where it will provide care to patients with multiple sclerosis. The building at 120 Route 17 is a two-story, 50,000-square-foot facility.
Specialty Infusion hopes to continue its expansion in the state, NAI Hanson noted.
“Despite the complexities and uncertainty the COVID-19 pandemic continues to bring to the commercial real estate market and the companies currently trying to navigate it, we were once again able to tap our local contacts and expertise to provide a smooth transaction on behalf of a client with a highly specific space need in the market,” Lizzack said in a prepared statement. “The space at 120 Route 17 provides Specialty Infusion with an accessible location designed to meet the needs of their patients as the company seeks to further expand into New Jersey.”
