Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ the Atrium at Glenpointe nears full occupancy

Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, a preeminent family-owned and -operated commercial real estate firm, said Monday it signed a lease expansion with the Center for Developmental Psychiatry for 1,614 square feet of office space at the Atrium at Glenpointe, located at 400 Frank W. Burr Blvd. in Teaneck. The Atrium at Glenpointe is now 98% leased.

Sanzari was represented by Jerry Barta, director and vice president of leasing and marketing at Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, in the transaction, and legal counsel was provided by Jan Lewis of Cole Schotz P.C.

A key piece of the 670,000-square-foot Glenpointe campus, the Atrium at Glenpointe includes 80,000 square feet of Class A office space surrounding a soaring glass atrium.

Founded by Dr. Jason Dean, the Center for Developmental Psychiatry is a growing provider of integrated psychotherapy aimed at helping children, teenagers and adults with anxiety, depression, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder and behavioral issues.

Since moving to Glenpointe in 2019, the increased demand for CDP’s services necessitated an expansion of its office space. CDP’s leadership recognized that Glenpointe’s hands-on property management team, paired with the campus’ adaptability, wide range of amenities and ease of access, made it the ideal place to establish and grow the practice’s long-term home.

“We chose to stay at Glenpointe simply because we trust the Alfred Sanzari Enterprises property management team, who is always responsive and helpful,” Dean said. “The construction of our first space was seamless throughout the entire process, and we are confident that the Atrium at Glenpointe will create the highest quality experience for our employees and patients alike in the years to come.”
