Executive Moves: JSAHR, Princeton Area Community Foundation and more

Eveline Brownstein, Jersey Shore Association for HR

Eveline Brownstein, Rumson, has been selected to be the president of JSAHR, Jersey Shore Association for HR. She is the director of human resources for Stern Strategy Group, a PR firm and speakers bureau with offices in Iselin.

Brownstein said: “I am honored and humbled to have been elected to lead such a vibrant and active chapter. I am stepping into big shoes left by past presidents, but I look forward to working with our excellent committees to continue building our membership, facilitating certification activities, furthering diversity and inclusion, providing valuable programming and career assistance to our members, and working with educational institutions to elevate and promote the human resources profession.”

Brownstein has worked with business owners for more than 25 years to recruit, develop and train organizational talent and align human resources with the goals, vision and strategic plans of companies. She has extensive experience in writing policy handbooks and implementing company policies for many industries, including health care, insurance, grocer/retail, legal, compliance, public relations, real estate, mining and technology startups.

Sonia Delgado, Princeton Area Community Foundation

Sonia Delgado has been elected to become the next chair of the board of trustees of the Princeton Area Community Foundation.

Delgado, a partner at Princeton Public Affairs Group who was raised in Trenton and lives in Lambertville, assumed leadership of the board in December at the end of the term of Chair Anthony “Skip” Cimino.

“Sonia is a tremendous leader,” said Cimino. “She will bring her incredible knowledge of the community and her passion for service to the position. As the Community Foundation enters a new era as a result of the pandemic, the board of trustees has selected an experienced, well-thought-of trustee, who is the right leader for the right time.”

Jane Allerman-Rey, New Jersey Bankers Association

Spencer Savings Bank, a leading New Jersey-based community bank, is pleased to announce that President and Chief Operating Officer Jane Allerman-Rey has been appointed a member of the New Jersey Bankers Association board of directors. She has been elected for a two-year term.

“It is an honor to be a part of the NJBankers leadership team. I am grateful for the opportunity to serve on the board of directors and look forward to joining them in advocating for our membership’s interests,” said Allerman-Rey. “I am particularly proud to represent Spencer Savings Bank and community bankers, as I have been a strong supporter throughout my entire career and witnessed, firsthand, the impact that community banks have in the communities they serve.”

Adolfo S. Alvarado, Community Options Enterprises

Community Options Enterprises, a nonprofit organization based in Princeton, is pleased to announce the appointment of Adolfo S. Alvarado to the board of directors.

Alvarado is the senior finance manager-plant controller for Stryker Corp., a multinational medical technologies company. Throughout his 12-year career with Stryker, Alvarado has overseen finance and accounting activities for some of the largest manufacturing plants for medical technologies in the world.

Erica Boland, New Jersey Policy Perspective

New Jersey Policy Perspective announced it has hired Erica Boland as the think-tank’s new digital communications manager. In this role, Boland will be responsible for the development and daily execution of NJPP’s web, social media and video strategy.

Boland is a veteran communications and creative professional with over 10 years of experience working in the private and public sectors. She is a skilled graphic designer and communicator with expertise in digital design and marketing.

Brookdale Foundation

The mission of the Brookdale Foundation is to help deserving students who neither qualify for state nor federal aid achieve their dream of a college degree so they can build a better future for themselves, their families, and our communities. Last year, the Foundation provided nearly $850,000 in scholarships and grants to support student’s success. It is excited to announce the new officers of the board of trustees who will lead it in its mission.

Serving as president is Julia G. Zapcic, Long Branch, co-founder and president of A Shared Universe Studios LLC, and vice president of client relations and business development at the ultraviolet agency. Susan E. Whyman, a historian from Fair Haven with a Ph.D. from Princeton University, will serve as vice president. Serving as treasurer is Philip Ferraro, Oceanport, first vice president-investments at Wells Fargo Advisors, and serving as the foundation’s secretary is Pericles Scaranni, an entrepreneur from Holmdel.

The Hampshire Cos., a full service, private real estate investment firm, announces the promotion of several employees to leadership positions, furthering its commitment to developing a culture of employee empowerment by fostering professional development from within the organization.

The promotions include:

Randall P. Muench, TriStruX

TriStruX, a leading provider of telecom services to wireless carriers, cable companies and original equipment manufacturers, has named Randall P Muench as its CEO, succeeding company co-founder Francisco “Frank” Pena. Pena will be the chairman of the board of directors and continue to also serve the company in a business development role. Muench is now charged with overseeing the next phase of the firm’s fast growth.

Muench is leading TriStruX as the firm continues to deliver high-quality, turnkey telecommunication and power solutions for the 5G, fiber and macro tower site markets. Muench was most recently the president of the $500 million Telecommunications Division of Telamon Corp., where he spent more than five years leading the organization into new markets and generated significant growth.
