ReadySpaces expands footprint with 164,500 sq. ft. warehouse space in Saddle Brook

A warehousing, office space and logistics provider for small businesses, ReadySpaces, has leased its largest warehouse location to date, and the third in the New York region, in Saddle Brook.

The 164,500-square-foot building, which was previously home to a corrugated box company, is set to open its doors at 575 N. Midland Ave. to businesses in early spring.

Colliers Executive Vice President Mike Davis and Executive Managing Director Noah Balanoff represented the tenant, securing the long-term lease in Saddle Brook.

The company has two other local warehouses, which are situated in Queens and North Bergen.

“Building our footprint in the tri-state area has always been important to us because of the sheer volume of business here. Finding the right properties, that are centrally located and accessible to transportation, has been key,” says Kevin Petrovic, co-founder and chief operating officer of ReadySpaces, “We are thrilled to provide local business owners with the space and amenities they need to excel in 2022.”

With ReadySpaces, small businesses have access to flexible warehouse, office and storage solutions that allow them to easily scale their operations to meet their growing business needs.

Centrally located in northern New Jersey near Interstates 287, 80 and 95, and a short drive to New York City via the George Washington Bridge, ReadySpaces Saddle Brook is equipped with everything a business needs to operate and grow. Amenities include 24/7 access, access to loading docks, forklifts and building-wide WiFi.
