Cushman & Wakefield names managing director of N.J. brokerage operations

Cushman & Wakefield has hired Brian Decillis as a managing director of its New Jersey brokerage operations, according to Andrew Judd, managing principal and head of the firm’s New Jersey region.

Decillis will be based at Cushman & Wakefield’s Morristown office and work in parternship with Robert Donnelly Sr. and Rob Donnelly Jr. Decillis will be responsible for agency leasing, tenant representation and multimarket account work.

“Brian’s unique blend of experience, working for major owners and developers throughout the state, is underscored by his reputation with brokers and tenants,” Judd said. “He will be able to apply those skills and his standing in the industry immediately to Cushman & Wakefield clients.”

Decillis has more than 15 years of experience in leasing and real estate. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, he held senior roles at Onyx Equities, Mack-Cali, The Lefrak Organization and the Gale Co.

He most recently was vice president of leasing/asset management for Onyx Equities.

“Brian has been a valued member of the Onyx team, taking a leadership role with the leasing & repositioning of our Bergen County Assets, and we look forward to the opportunity of working together in the future. We see this as an extension of the already strong relationship Onyx has with Cushman & Wakefield,” John Saraceno Jr., co-founder of Onyx Equities, said.

“We are delighted that Brian has joined us,” said Donnelly Jr., executive managing director. “He will be a vital part of our team as we meet the ever-evolving needs of our clients. His diverse experience will bring immediate benefit, both to those owners that we serve and to the tenants we represent.”
