Caliper, a human capital analytics company based in Princeton, announced Tuesday it has promoted Jacque Casoni to regional vice president of the mid-Atlantic region, covering New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware and Virginia.
In this role, Casoni will oversee an account team and work with them to grow and enhance Caliper’s brand in the market as well as further position the company as an assessment and solutions provider.
“With our recent innovations in assessment technology and analytics, coupled with our position as a pioneer in the assessment space, I’m more confident than ever in Caliper’s competitive advantage and capability to increase our market share,” Casoni said. “I’m looking forward to working with my new team as Regional Vice President and continuing our strong presence and growth in the Mid-Atlantic region.”
Prior to her appointment, she was Caliper’s director of account management.
