eZLO Innovation, a Clifton-based developer of smart solutions for homes and businesses, announced it has acquired FortrezZ and DAM-it Automatic Water Control by C&S Electronics.
FortrezZ and C&S are South Carolina-based design, engineering and manufacturing firms that provide wireless automation for flood detection and damage prevention.

Under terms of the deal, FortrezZ and DAM-it will continue to operate under the FortrezZ brand within the eZLO Innovation family.
