World Insurance Associates LLC, an insurance agency in Tinton Falls, announced recently it has acquired United Brokerage Services International Inc., based in New York.
“We are excited to welcome United Brokerage Services International to our organization, and look forward to working with the UBS team,” Rich Eknoian, co-founder and CEO of World Insurance Associates, said.
UBS specializes in insurance programs for the hospitality sector, construction and group health plans.
“Joining World Insurance Associates allows us to offer additional resources and capabilities, and we’re thrilled to provide greater value to our clients,” Angelique Alicea, vice president of operations for UBS, said.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
