Effectual, a Hoboken-based managed cloud and consultancy practice, announced Wednesday it has named Chuck Price its chief operating officer.
Price will be responsible for overseeing the company’s channel strategy, product portfolio and next-generation cloud services delivery practices.

Price, who has more than 25 years of experience, has held executive roles at Fiserv, TD Ameritrade, Coresite, Ajubeo, SANS Institute and Logicworks.
