Rose Commercial Real Estate announced recently it had negotiated a long-term lease renewal for South Jersey Gastroenterology in Marlton.
Brett Davidoff, vice president at Rose, represented SJG in its lease at 406 Lippincott Drive from Villa Chapman Apartments LLC.
“South Jersey Gastroenterology has been a longtime loyal client and when it came time to renew, there was no shortage of reasons for the practice to extend its lease. We were pleased to help renegotiate the best possible deal for the tenant, landlord and patients who benefit from having top quality care in our backyard,” Davidoff said.
The 9,021-square-foot medical office facility, Rose said, is one of seven SJG locations. The office is part of a larger medical complex within close access to Interstate 295 and Route 70.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
