Kenilworth-based Diversified, a technology solutions provider, announced Wednesday it has expanded its North American operations with the acquisition of Advanced Presentation Products, a Mississauga, Ontario-based audio visual systems integrator.

I am incredibly proud of all that we have achieved to date and I leave knowing Diversified will take the company to great heights while I focus on building my AV rental business,” David Weatherhead, CEO and president, Advanced, said.
Once the deal has closed, Weatherhead will depart from the company to pursue his other business ventures.

Financial terms were not disclosed.
