CBRE named exclusive leasing agent for 4-building complex in Piscataway

CBRE has been named the exclusive leasing agent for a four-building complex in Piscataway, it announced Tuesday.

The newly-renovated, 685,000-square-foot complex is located at 30 Knightsbridge Road and owned by Keystone Property Group.

The building has a diverse roster of tenants including AECOM, Aflac, Altice, Paychex, QualCare, Regus, and Rutgers. Corporate neighbors include Colgate-Palmolive, Johnson & Johnson, IBM, Ericsson-Worldwide, L’Oreal and GEICO.

Jonathan Meisel and Doug Petrozzini of CBRE will head the assignment on behalf of Keystone.

Keystone recently completed a multimillion-dollar capital improvement plan at the property to enhance its services and amenities, including a new auditorium; conference areas; an upgraded and expanded fitness center; a new cafe; a game room; indoor and outdoor seating areas; an advanced security system; covered loading docks; a freight elevator; a three-bay loading dock; and more.

“Keystone Property Group has breathed new life into 30 Knightsbridge Road, transforming the complex into one of the best in the market,” Meisel, senior vice president, said. “This exceptional property now offers over 45,000 square feet of amenity space designed to serve the needs of employers to offer the best-quality work environment to attract and maintain a highly-skilled workforce.”

The property is located within close access to interstates 287, 78, the New Jersey Turnpike, the Garden State Parkway and routes 1, 18, 202/206 and 22. It has available space ranging from 6,000 to 280,000 square feet.
