Prager Metis CPAs, an accounting and advisory firm based in Hackensack, announced Monday it has merged with M Moskowitz and Company P.A., a River Edge-based accounting firm.
The combination was official on Nov. 1 and was facilitated by Dom Esposito of Esposito CEO2CEO.
Under the merger, M Moskowitz relocated to Prager’s Hackensack office.
“We welcome their addition,” Ronald Friedlander, office managing partner of the firm’s Hackensack office, said. “We’re excited that this merger enables us to continue to provide excellent, personalized service to the diverse businesses and individuals throughout New Jersey.”
Michael Moskowitz, owner of M Moskowitz, will also join the newly-combined firm as partner.
