Denholtz Properties has signed a lease renewal with one of its tenants at the Business Center of Edison, it announced Wednesday.
IVDV Associates Inc. has renewed its lease for 10,140 square feet of office space at the property, located at 1090 King Georges Post Road in Edison, the real estate development and management company said in a news release.
“We continually strive to create space solutions in a diverse variety of markets that companies, large and small, can be proud to call home,” Kristine B. Hurlbut, Denholtz’s senior vice president of leasing, said in a prepared statement.
The Business Center of Edison is located within the Raritan Center office market, and has 125,000 total square feet spread over 12 one-story buildings.
