Zimmel Associates announced on Tuesday it has secured new leases and lease extensions for a total of 28,000 square feet at an office building in Bernardsville.
The two-story, 55,520-square-foot building at 150 Morristown Road is situated on 3.05 acres and recently underwent major renovations to create a tenant-friendly office environment. Renovations include a new lobby and corridors with modern furniture, lighting and flooring with indoor landscaping, a newly added patio cafe and seating, media wall, vending machines, and more.

The property is within close access to downtown Bernardsville and downtown Morristown as well as route 24, 202, 206 and Interstate 78.
