First National Realty Partners acquires Walmart-anchored retail center in Hamilton

First National Realty Partners, a Red Bank-based real estate investment firm, announced on Friday it has acquired The Court at Hamilton, a 194,000-square-foot Walmart-anchored retail center in Hamilton.

The center, which is anchored by a 150,000-square-foot Walmart Supercenter and is 99% occupied, underwent a $17 million redevelopment in 2016.

“The Court at Hamilton is a perfect example of First National Realty Partners’ core mission of bringing institutional quality commercial real estate opportunities to our partners while creating value for all stakeholders involved,” Andrew DeNardo, principal at First National, said.

It is located within close access to Interstate 295.

Financial terms were not disclosed.
