Advance Realty names C&W agent for its Bedminster portfolio

Advance Realty Investors announced on Wednesday it has named Cushman & Wakefield the exclusive agent for its Bedminster portfolio.

The portfolio is comprised of Advance At Bedminster and Executive Quarters. Both properties are located on Route 206 and have about 41,000 square feet of available space. William O’Keefe and Kelsey Nakamura of C&W’s Morristown office will head the assignment.

Advance at Bedminster is a Class A, three-building, 88,500-square-foot campus with 24,000 square feet available to lease. A program to update the current building includes lobby and common area improvements, a renovated fitness center, and a courtyard makeover.

“Advance is an established landlord recognized for its responsive service and is deeply invested in the campus,” Nakamura said. “The firm developed these assets and is also headquartered here, making the team highly attuned to tenants’ needs.”

Executive Quarters, located at the intersection of Lamington Road and Route 206, is a Class A, 55,000-square-foot, three-story office property. It has amenities including a fitness center, dry cleaning valet service, shared meeting spaces and conference rooms.

“This community has been a preferred location for businesses and the campus has been historically well-occupied,” Nakamura said. “For companies in New York City that are considering space in the suburbs and small- to mid-sized firms looking to establish or grow their presence in downtown Bedminster, this property offers high-quality plug and play office space that is immediately available.”

The portfolio is located at 1420, 1430 and 1545 Route 206. The properties are one mile from the Far Hills Train Station, and are within close access to routes 202, 287 and 78.

“The Bedminster submarket’s accessibility and quality of life have attracted successful and prominent corporations across a range of industries,” O’Keefe said. “Already, we have seen evidence of sustained regional demand in the form of steady inquiries from tenants of all sizes.”
