JT International USA has renewed its 18,500-square-foot lease at Glenpointe, a North Jersey-based office campus located at 300/400/500 Frank W. Burr Blvd. in Teaneck.
JTI USA, part of JTI, is a manufacturer and distributor of tobacco products. The company’s existing space no longer met their needs, so it worked with Glenpointe’s leasing team to move into a larger space without having to move out of the complex.

Alfred Sanzari was represented by Barta in the deal, while JTI was represented by Greg Barkan of CBRE.

Glenpointe, which is within a mile from New York City, Route 80 and Interstate 95, includes a 26,000-square-foot spa and fitness center, a cafeteria, a full-service Starbucks cafe, a restaurant, a wine bar, a lounge, covered parking, 24/7 security, and more. It also has 700 hotel rooms in the attached Marriott at Glenpointe and the recently-opened Hampton Inn & Suites and Homewood Suites at Glenpointe.
