A regional law firm has signed a lease at Raritan Crossing in Raritan, according to real estate firm Larken Associates.
Levinson Axelrod P.A. Attorneys at Law signed for 2,700 square feet at the retail center at 90 E. Somerset St., Route 206 S., Larken said in a news release.
The family-run personal injury firm has nine offices throughout Central Jersey.
Larken’s in-house brokerage division, Raider Realty, helped the firm relocate its Hillsborough office to Raritan Crossing.
“While this deal was set in motion prior to the COVID-19 pandemic and resulting shutdowns, there were numerous obstacles our team expertly overcame to bring this transaction across the finish line,” Raider Realty Executive Vice President Victor Kelly said in a prepared statement. “Not only were we able to adeptly execute the lease deal, but we were also able to leverage our design and construction teams to handle the buildout of the space.”
Shane Wierks of Jeffrey Realty represented Larken, while Charles G. Horn of Keller Williams Cornerstone Realty represented the law firm in the transaction.
