Sheldon Gross Realty announced on Monday that EUS Imports LLC has leased a 71,992-square-foot industrial facility in Freehold.
The transaction was managed by Sheldon Gross Realty’s Glenn Jaffe, senior vice president, who represented EUS Imports. Sitar Realty Co.‘s Douglas J. Sitar and Robert JanTausch, senior director, represented the property owner.
EUS Imports is a third-generation importer and dealer of specialty leather travel accessories, including luggage, leather handbags, wallets and more.
“This facility is precisely what EUS Imports was looking for,” Jaffe said. “Not only does it offer remarkably convenient transportation access, it’s various features – including a high ceiling and multiple dock entrances – make it an exceptional structure both for warehousing and distribution.”
Centrally located in Monmouth County, 225 Willow Brood Road is within close access to routes 33, 79, 9 and 18, Interstate 195, the Garden State Parkway and the New Jersey Turnpike.
