A boutique luxury rental community in Piscataway is on the verge of opening, according to developers BNE Group and Sterling Properties.
The two said this week in a news release that The Grove at Piscataway will include 110 new one- and two-bedroom apartments from the $1900s, in a complex featuring indoor and outdoor amenities and limited-time incentives for first renters.
“We designed The Grove at Piscataway to create a truly exceptional living experience that embraces its suburban surroundings and meaningfully connects with the wants and needs of today’s renter,” BNE partner Jonathan Schwartz said in a prepared statement. “Market demand for amenity-rich, maintenance-free living is growing in both urban and suburban markets throughout New Jersey.”
Occupancy is expected as soon as October.
