A Woodbridge industrial building has been sold to a maker of laboratory plastics looking for a larger industrial space, according to real estate firm NAI James E. Hanson.
Nest Scientific USA Inc. bought the 30,000-square-foot property at 3 Convery Blvd. from ELKH Associates Limited Partnership, NAI Hanson said in a news release. The sale price was not disclosed.
The team of Randy Horning and Darren Lizzack represented the buyer, which is moving from Rahway.
