Sitex Group has acquired a vacant warehouse in Carlstadt, continuing to aggressively grow its holdings, it announced Monday.
The real estate firm acquired the 30,000-square-foot facility at 310 Paterson Plank Road from a private investor. Financial terms were not disclosed. Sitex said it expects strong interest due to the property’s location and logistical attributes.
“We are excited to add this property to our portfolio,” Principal Blake Chroman said in a prepared statement. “It speaks to our proven track record of acquiring well-located, high-quality industrial assets and repositioning them to appeal to sophisticated users of logistics space.”
Jeff Chaus of Chaus Realty brokered the sale, and has been retained to handle leasing for the property, Sitex said.
