Mercer US has renewed its lease at a prominent Princeton office building, according to real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield.
The firm said in a news release that Mercer, a human resources and benefits company, has signed a long-term extension for 20,000 square feet at One University Square.
The team of Kevin Carton, Todd Elfand, Paul Giannone and Joe Vacca represented landlord Argent Ventures in the deal. Financial details were not disclosed.
“Argent Ventures recently acquired the property and is excited to continue working with Mercer US,” Carton said in a prepared statement. “Argent has a reputation of being entrepreneurial and in touch with tenants’ needs when navigating office space throughout the pandemic.”
One University Square, built in 2008, is a 328,000-square-foot property located at Route 1 and Alexander Road.
