CBRE to be exclusive leasing agent for Morristown’s 1776 on the Green

Vision Real Estate Partners has chosen CBRE to be the exclusive leasing agent for the newly renovated 1776 on the Green property in Morristown, the real estate firm announced Tuesday.

CBRE said in a news release that its Jon Williams and Mike Nieliwodski will handle the campaign for the 146,000-square-foot, Class A office property at 67 E. Park Place.

“The recently completed renovations at 1776 on the Green, including a new lobby, rooftop deck and enhanced amenity spaces, have created a modern aesthetic and a distinct office experience for tenants, their employees and guests,” Williams, a senior vice president, said in a prepared statement.

Williams, who is leading his third assignment for Vision, said the building has recently added David Burke’s latest concept restaurant, 1776, and a Top Golf Swing Suite.

“What we offer at 1776 on the Green is an institutional-quality asset in an unrivaled downtown suburban setting,” Vision co-founder and Managing Partner Sam Morreale said in a statement. “The enhanced tenant experience by way of immediate Morristown Green presence and access to shops and dining is a proven combination for success. We look forward to another successful experience with CBRE.”

Availabilities include a first-floor space with potential for signage and a dedicated entrance to the renovated Pioneer Park, as well as a full-floor availability and two 6,000-square-foot options with direct access to a new lounge and rooftop deck, CBRE said.

The property is currently 73% occupied by tenants including Wells Fargo, Becker & Poliakoff P.A. and Benjamin F. Edwards & Co., among others.
