JAG-ONE Physical Therapy moves HQ to Bridgewater

JAG-ONE Physical Therapy — one of the largest physical and occupational therapy companies in the region — is moving its corporate headquarters to Bridgewater, the company announced Wednesday.

JAG-ONE Physical Therapy, which has more than 80 locations throughout the tri-state area, will take 12,000 square feet at 981 Route 22, occupying the entire second floor of the two-story commercial building owned by Kushner Real Estate Group.

The company is moving from Woodbridge.

JAG-ONE CEO John Gallucci said the move coincides with the company’s growth. He cited the access to Route 22 as well as interstates 287 and 78 as a plus.

“In anticipation of further expansion throughout the tri-state area, we needed to be proactive in finding a space that could support our long-term vision while serving as a centralized point for our HQ employees who are traveling from all areas of New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania,” he said. “Our strong relationship with KRE, paired with the amenities offered throughout the great community of Bridgewater, made 981 Route 22 the perfect place for our relocation.”

JAG-ONE explored 981 Route 22 through its existing relationship with KRE and its director of leasing, Justin Gingeleskie. JAG-ONE also leases space next door at 991 Route 22 in Bridgewater and at Grove Pointe in Jersey City, both owned and managed by KRE.

“As a company committed to a high level of professional service and fostering the successful business growth of our clients, KRE was able to identify a long-term solution to JAG-ONE Physical Therapy’s corporate needs,” Gingeleskie said. “JAG-ONE is a leader in its industry and provides a valuable medical service to thousands of people every day throughout the tri-state area. We’re thrilled to welcome them to 981 Route 22 and look forward to our continued partnership.”

The first floor of 981 Route 22, a Class A office building with a modern, updated lobby and five parking spaces per 1,000 square feet of interior space, is available for lease.
